Treat content like a production line, and keep a human on the press
Content automation is not a button that emits a month of articles. It is a system of record for ideas, briefs, drafts, assets, approvals, publish targets and performance. We build that pipeline for blogs, product education, email, and video-adjacent workflows. AI can draft. It should not silently become your public voice. We do not promise traffic, rankings, or “10x output.”
Why volume without a gate is a brand risk
Unreviewed machine text is how companies publish inaccuracies, tone-deaf claims, and duplicate pages that hurt SEO. A pipeline that cannot reject a draft is not operations. It is a spam generator with a CMS login. The useful automation is everything around the judgment: research capture, outline, source links, CMS fields, internal links, and a calendar that does not live in three chats.
Problems this solution is built to address
- The calendar is a screenshot
Topics live in Notion, drafts in Docs, publish in CMS, results nowhere. You need one episode/article object.
- SMEs never review
There is no queue, no due date, no “blocking publish.” Experts are not lazy; the process is invisible.
- AI drafts with no sources
You cannot tell what was invented. Briefs should require links or “do not claim.”
- Publish is copy-paste into five tools
CMS, social, newsletter. Integrations or a checklist job beats heroic Fridays.
- SEO pages that do not match intent
A generator of near-duplicates. Information architecture still needs a human editor.
- Video and blog as separate companies
Two teams, two truths. Shared briefs and shared analytics meetings are the fix; software can enforce the objects.
Capabilities
- Editorial objects
Idea → brief → draft → review → scheduled → published, with owners and blockers.
- Research and brief templates
Audience, intent, sources, claims we will not make, internal links to include.
- Optional AI draft stage
Constrained by the brief. Output is a draft record, not a live URL.
- CMS and channel adapters
Push to a headless CMS, Laravel site, or YouTube as a later stage with a gate.
- Asset library
Images, clips, quotes, with rights notes. No mystery stock.
- Performance back to the board
Pull rankings, page views, or video stats into the same record. Interpret in a meeting, not in a vanity TV.
Use cases
- Software company insights
Comparison and implementation pieces that support sales, the same genre as this site’s insights.
- YouTube-centered teams
Episode pipeline with packaging and analytics. Human control is non-negotiable in our default design.
- Education publishers
Lesson-adjacent articles with academic review, not unattended “study tips” mills.
- Product changelog and docs assist
Draft from tickets or release notes, engineer still approves. Technology companies often need this more than a blog.
How a content system engagement runs
- Discovery
Surfaces you publish, who may approve, legal constraints, and current tools that must stay.
- Scope
Objects, statuses, AI yes/no, channels in v1. Explicitly exclude a “fully autonomous media brand.”
- Architecture
System of record, file storage, CMS APIs, identity for reviewers.
- Pilot one format
Articles or episodes, not both, until the gate works. Measure time-in-status, not word count.
- Widen
Add a channel or an AI stage only after humans trust the queue. Iterate on bottlenecks.
Name the format and the approver
If you cannot say who can reject a draft, you are not ready for more volume. Send the surfaces you publish and the bottleneck. We will not attach a traffic forecast.
